I've been where you are.

My fitness journey has been anything but straightforward. I grew up with gymnastics and volleyball. In my 20s I struggled with - and then recovered from - an eating disorder. After years of navigating the noise and pressure of diet culture — I bring lived-in experience to every client relationship.

The science is real. The approach is human.

Every program is grounded in exercise science, data, and proven methodology — certifications from ISSA, Precision Nutrition, NASM, and Girls Gone Strong. But the numbers always serve the person, not the other way around. Your plan is built around your life, not a cold formula.

You'll actually feel seen.

The most common thing clients say? "You get it". I take the time to understand not just your goals, but your history, your fears, your schedule, and what's held you back before. That's what makes the difference between a plan you follow for two weeks and one that changes your life.
