I wasn’t the athletic one in school.

I didn’t grow up counting macros or training for marathons.


 I was just trying to feel good in my body and


 make it through a busy, full life.



For years, I thought fitness had to look a


 certain way, intense workouts,


 restrictive meal plans, and constant pressure to


 “get back on track.” And when that didn’t work,


 I blamed myself.



But the truth is, it’s not you. It’s the system.

The moment things changed for me wasn’t


 when I got stronger physically, it was when I


 realized I didn’t need to punish myself to

feel powerful. I didn’t need to earn rest,


 or chase perfection, or “start over” again on Monday.



That shift, from pressure to presence,


 is what inspired Fully Fit.


 Because once I stopped trying to fit into


 someone else’s version of health,


 I finally started creating my own.

I didn’t become a coach because I wanted to shout fitness advice from the sidelines.


 I became a coach because I’ve been there, overwhelmed, tired, stuck in the loop of “trying to be healthy” and still not feeling like myself.


And I saw other women going through the same thing.


High-performing, driven, ambitious, yet carrying the weight of unrealistic expectations and one-size-fits-all solutions.


We don’t need more rules. We need more real support, the kind that knows your life is already full, and still helps you make space for your health.


That’s why I do this.


Because I believe every woman deserves to feel powerful in her body, not when she hits some magic number, but every single day she shows up.


And sometimes, showing up looks like a workout. Sometimes it looks like rest.
