Q: Do I need access to a gym or equipment?

A: While I do recommend access to minimal equipment (a few dumbbells, bands, a matt), equipment is not required. We’ll build your routine around what you already have.

Q: I travel and or have a very busy schedule. Can this still work?

A: Yes! I build programs to fit fitness into your life, 
not the other way around. I work with business owners, parents, entrepreneurs, traveling executives - we'll work together to build flexibility into a routine structured for results.

Q: Is your coaching super intense?

A: Definitely not. The goal isn’t burnout, it’s consistency and sustainability. 


We go at a pace that works for you.

Q: What happens after I sign up?

A: You’ll get a personalized onboarding experience including strategy call, fitness assessment and onboarding forms, then we’ll start designing a program that fits your body, lifestyle, and goals.
