This program is a 3-month minimum commitement because sustainable body recomposition requires enough time to build momentum, learn your body,

and create measurable change. After the initial 3 months, it continues month-to-month until cancellation.

I coach busy, high-achieving women because I know what it’s like to carry a lot, to expect a lot from yourself (hey, recovering perfectionists)—and still want to feel strong, confident, and grounded in your body.

Question 1: How many days per week do I need to train?

As cliche as it sounds, the best plan for you is the one that you can really do. We’ll build your plan around your schedule and goals. Most busy clients do best with a realistic, repeatable routine that allows for rest and real life—not the maximum possible.

Question 2: Do I need a full gym?

No. We can build a plan for home, gym, or hybrid. If you have dumbbells, bands, and a mat, we can do a lot.

Question 3: Do you do meal plans?

Yes, and no. You’ll get nutrition, eating habit and macro guidance plus ongoing adjustments. A meal plan can and will be implemented if that is the right strategy for you. The goal is a sustainable approach you can actually maintain.

Question 4: I travel or have unpredictable weeks—will this still work?

Absolutely. Your program is designed for YOUR real life. We’ll build flexible structure and adjust as needed. I have many clients who travel frequently and still get incredible results.
