I've been where you are. I struggled with an eating disorder in college and rebuilt my relationship with fitness and food from the ground up.

That experience, and the mentors and professionals who supported me, taught me that sustainable transformation isn't about perfection—it's about redefining Self Story, prioritizing progress, self-compassion, and finding what actually works for your life.
